2. Scope of Services

• • Cortech Talent provides business-to-business (B2B) services, including talent subscription models, developer hiring, and project support.
• • Services are strictly intended for professional and lawful business purposes.
• • We reserve the right to update or modify our service offerings at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when engaging with our services.
• • You must not misuse our platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written approval.

4. Payments & Refunds

• • Payments are processed via Stripe or direct bank transfers to the company's official account.
• • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed service terms or subscriptions.
• • Refund Policy: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

• • All code, deliverables, and project outputs developed specifically for the client remain the property of the client once payment is complete.
• • Cortech Talent retains ownership of its internal tools, templates, and proprietary methods used to deliver services.
• • Clients may not claim ownership of Cortech Talent's trademarks, logos, or branding.

6. Confidentiality

• • We respect the confidentiality of client data, project requirements, and documentation.
• • Any information shared with Cortech Talent will not be disclosed to third parties except where required to provide services (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) or by law.
• • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request.

7. Limitation of Liability

• • Cortech Talent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including business losses, project delays caused by third parties, or service interruptions beyond our control.
• • Our maximum liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

8. Termination of Services

• • Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
• • Upon termination, the client remains responsible for any outstanding payments.
• • Any data or deliverables completed up to the termination date will be handed over once dues are cleared.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan.
• • In case of disputes, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
• • If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Changes to Terms

• • Cortech Talent reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• • Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
• • Continued use of our services after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
